Craft workmanship and attention to details

Craftsmen. The word itself says it. Not a rhetorical word, but the inspiring principle. The working processes and finishes always follow the same rules of excellence: there is always space for experimentation, but without leaving aside the knowledge handed down from generation to generation. We do not use machinery, every nail is hammered by hand, each spring is linked to the other with an “engineering” string system, which exploits the sitting forces, optimizing comfort and durability.

All phases of the production cycle take place in our workshop: design, assembly, padding, sewing, carding. We rely on selected external suppliers only for the production of raw pieces (carpentry). The interior finishes are the primary feature to express the quality of the product. From the choice of vegetable horsehair padding to every single structural element: all the materials are completely natural and ecological.

A highly appreciated working method

From the first Milanese workshop in Via Monte Napoleone opened in 1958 until today, our working method has not changed. And the satisfaction of our customers has not changed too, constantly seeking tradition and high customization of a product entirely made by hand and made to measure.
